There is still a week left on this promotion introduced by Tourism Vancouver.  Each morning the website http://www.tourismvancouver.com/visitors/bat releases free tickets to a Vancouver attraction to be downloaded and used that day.  Only a limited release of tickets each morning, so scoop them up fast!
